Who we are
Slánú Wellness & Recovery ("Slánú", "we", "us") is a recovery hub at Brewery Business Park, Ardee Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth, A91 EY4D. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at admin@slanuwr.com.
What we collect and why
- Bookings: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the session and time you book, and the number of spaces. We use this to run your booking, send confirmations and contact you about it. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
- Gift vouchers: your name and email, and the details needed to complete the purchase. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
- Enquiries (teams and clubs, room hire, vouchers): your name, email, phone number if you give it, your club or team name and squad size where asked, and your message. We use this to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- Payments: payments are taken by our payment provider through Wix. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Website use: if you accept analytics cookies, Wix collects information about how the site is used. See our Cookie policy. Legal basis: your consent.
- Records: we keep booking and payment records as needed for our accounts and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
We will only send you marketing if you have agreed to it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us run Slánú: Wix.com, which hosts this website and provides our booking, forms, payments and email tools, and our payment provider. When fonts load, or if you choose to load our map, Google receives some technical information such as your IP address. See the Cookie policy.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, your data is protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the reason we collected it, and for as long as the law requires us to keep booking and payment records.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or move it to another service. You can object to our use of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@slanuwr.com and we will reply as soon as we can and within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, the Irish data protection authority, at dataprotection.ie.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
